How to Stand Out in the Wellness Space in 2025
Mar 16, 2025
It’s March of 2025, so here is my question for you:
Is your wellness business getting noticed?
Marketing yourself as a holistic health practitioner isn’t what it used to be. I mean really, it’s not even what it was a few months ago.
For many people right now, the world feels heavy. There’s an intensity around politics, world events, natural disasters, and the economy. People are holding onto their money a little tighter. They need more reassurance, trust, and connection before investing in their health.
Meanwhile, their attention is being pulled in a thousand directions at once. The online space is louder, busier, and more distracting than ever.
So, how do you cut through the noise and attract the right clients now?
That’s what this post is about.
Because the truth is, your ideal clients are still out there. They still care deeply about their health. They still crave a root-cause approach that resonates. And when they find a practitioner they trust, they’re willing to invest in the high-quality care they know they need.
Hold on to that truth.
Because even in uncertain times, the world is still an abundant place, full of opportunities for those who show up.
In this post, I’ll share three essential strategies to help holistic health practitioners stand out in 2025.
Let’s get to it.
1. Dial in Your Messaging to Speak to Your Ideal Client
Your message is your magic.
It’s what makes people stop scrolling, lean in, and think, "She is reading my mind!"
No matter how you market your practice—local talks, podcast guesting, social media, paid ads, or anything else—every strategy depends on one foundational element: a clear, compelling message.
Don’t overcomplicate this.
Start by getting crystal clear on these two essential messaging points:
- Who do you serve? Your message needs to cut through the noise and speak directly to the challenges your ideal clients are facing right now. Take the time to truly understand what they need—and let that be the foundation of your content.
- What makes your approach unique? As people become more selective about where they invest, they’re looking for more than just another wellness expert. They want to know: Why you? What is different, special, or uniquely valuable about working with you?
Yes, there are other messaging pillars that can take things to the next level, but nailing just these two will set you apart immediately.
I know that messaging has historically felt like a massive hurdle for many practitioners. It’s easy to overthink it. I’ve personally been to weekend-long trainings just to create a single messaging guide.
But here’s the beautiful thing: AI has completely changed the messaging game.
What used to take days or weeks can now be done in an hour or two—and not in a robotic, inauthentic way. When used right, AI helps you refine your message while keeping it 100% you.
✨ Action Step: If you don’t have a clear messaging strategy, start with the BrandVibe AI Starter Pack. It helps you refine your brand voice so your content speaks directly to your audience.
2. Be Open to Creative Hits (and willing to pivot!)
If there’s one thing we know about 2025, it’s that the world is changing. Fast.
That means you need to as well.
Maybe your clients are feeling the weight of financial uncertainty and need a lower-cost way to work with you.
Maybe they’re craving more flexibility, like on-demand resources instead of scheduled sessions.
Maybe what resonated most last year isn’t what they need right now.
And that’s okay. Because as an entrepreneur, you can pivot, innovate, and not be stuck in a rigid system!
You are in control of your offers, your messaging, and how you serve your people.
These are the things that keep me energized as an entrepreneur myself.
It's basically thinking: "This kinda sucks. How can I turn it into an opportunity?"
- If fewer people are booking your high-ticket services right now, what could you create that meets them where they are?
- If engagement is dropping on your usual platforms, where else could you show up?
- If you’re feeling uninspired by your content, how could you shake things up and make it fun again?
Only you know what pivot to make and when. These things need to come from your own creativity and inner knowing. When you follow those nudges, I promise you will attract the clients meant for you.
✨ Action Step: Take a step back and evaluate: where might a small (or big) pivot help you meet your clients' needs right now? Write down one new idea you could experiment with this month.
3. Show Up. A Lot.
Remember what I said about the online space being noisy right now? That’s exactly why showing up consistently matters more than ever.
The more often you put your message out there, the more chances your ideal client has to notice you, remember you, and (most importantly) trust you.
But we all know that content creation takes time.
Or at least it used to.
Now? We have tools that make it easier than ever to create content without spending hours glued to your laptop.
For example, some of the ways you can work smarter are to:
- Use AI as your brainstorming partner. Let it help you spark ideas, draft content, and repurpose what you’ve already created (while keeping your voice and message intact).
- Leverage pre-written content. My Nurture Unleashed membership gives you done-for-you content that you can quickly tweak to match your style and ideal client, so you can stay visible without the stress.
- Batch, repurpose, and automate. One good idea can fuel multiple posts, emails, and videos, meaning you can show up more often without creating from scratch every time.
Consistency is key, but it doesn’t have to take over your life.
✨ Action Step: What’s one way you can make content creation easier for yourself this month? AI? Templates? Repurposing? Pick one and go all in.
How to Stand Out in 2025
Let’s bring it back to the question:
How do you stand out in the wellness space this year?
You refine your message.
You get creative.
You show up consistently.
And most importantly?
You believe to your core that what you offer is valuable and that your ideal clients are out there, waiting for you to show up as YOU.
